The measuring device that thinks along.
The atmio HLD combines sensor fusion technology with intuitive operation. For users who need reliable measurement results without losing time in the field. ppm values and g/h quantification directly on the display. No estimates. No conversion factors.
Developed for Efficient LDAR Campaigns
The atmio HLD combines high-precision measurement technology with robust industrial design: for reliable results under all conditions.
The HLD calculates the mass flow in g/h directly from the volume flow and ppm value. Without factors, without approximations.
Two matched sensors enable fast, accurate measurements across a wide measuring range, even for small leakage rates.
ppm, % vol., and g/h values are displayed directly on the device. Connection with the atmio app extends functionality but is not a prerequisite.
Designed for continuous use: lightweight, handy, durable. Certified for use in industrial conditions.
Instant visual feedback on measurement status, clearly visible even in challenging lighting conditions.
One-handed operation with a single button for maximum efficiency when both hands are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the atmio HLD: from ATEX certification and the two operating modes to what to expect during your first inspection.
A funnel attachment is placed directly over the leak point, directing all escaping gas into the device. The vast majority of all field leaks are well within the pump's capacity. If the limit is reached, the measured value caps at 32 g/h.
The semiconductor sensor can be readjusted by customers using guided user calibration if it drifts over time. We recommend recalibration by us every 2 years. The infrared sensor is known for its long-term stability, so calibration is not needed for it. However, both sensors are always tested in our functional test (which should be performed before each measurement round), and the user will be informed if any anomalies are detected.
How do you determine if a measurement is good and how do you achieve measurement quality?
We schedule recalibration every two years. Additionally, customers can perform a simple self-calibration using a known gas concentration, eliminating the need to send in the device each time.
[SEG 18]
How often does the device need to be recalibrated?
In seeking mode, the HLD displays the gas concentration in ppm in real-time — ideal for quickly locating leaks. In quantification mode, the device calculates the exact leak rate in g/h, which is required for documentation and regulatory reporting.
